I had Oscar come out to do an onsite inspection on a property for me where the tenant had some problems with bugs. He was very prompt and professional and gave me a full report when he was done. Pest management is never something fun to deal with. We discovered gophers in our backyard, and weren't sure what we needed to do. Lance came by and explained the whole process to me. Such a lovely and straightforward guy. He set the traps and walked me through what to anticipate. He was on time, friendly, and arrived for the follow-up checks over the coming days exactly as planned. He was even empathetic about the catching the animal part. We caught the culprit, and he said he'll be back to check the second trap in another few days, just in case.
