Dave came to our house to troubleshoot an electrical breaker issue we have. After he came to our house, I never heard from him again. I called him on multiple occasions and still have not received a response to this day. I find that to be extremely unprofessional and quite frankly, rude. It is entirely ok for any contractor not to want to do the work for whatever reason, but conveying that to the customer would have been the most appropriate action, versus no acknowledgment whatsoever. I would definitely not use this business in the future.
