Absolutely love this laser away location. The best service up front and the best treatment from the providers. If you’re thinking about going to laser away make sure to go to San Carlos! I’ve been to multiple locations and this one is by far the best.

My first time at the San Carlos location was exceptional. Janessa did a phenomenal job explaining every part of the process and checking in as the session continued. Excellent communication! Also want to shout out Nicole who was on the phone and helped schedule my next appointment!

Nicole and Candy are a dream come true!! They made everything so easy from check-in, to rescheduling, to making sure I am smiling on my way out.The nurses are amazing too, super patient and help answer any questions or concerns I might have.Used to be a loyal Burlingame LA client, but San Carlos is now absolutely my go-to:)
