My mother woke up to find 4 rooms of our house flooded with water. Alex immediately arrived on the scene to assess the situation. She determined it was due to a bad water filter on the refrigerator. She immediately began the cleanup and got our furniture to safety. She was there to answer all our questions and even helped us file our claim with the insurance company. Her crew packed and unpacked all our items. Everything was place back in its proper place. Alex is great. We highly recommend her.

All I can say is phenomenal! Alex and her team showed up the same day that a burst toilet supply line flooded my home. The line only ran for approx 45 minutes but damaged 85% of the house. She had her team on site within a few hours of my call. Luckily I have USAA homeowners so I have not seen a bill yet so I cannot comment on the cost at this point. They removed the damaged carpet and flooring and had many fans and 2 dehumidifiers running to dry out the home. They cut out drywall that was wet and bored holes along the wall to test for moisture. Used these guys and they did an awesome job. I had a leak caused by the solar panel installers blind drilling into my roof. They sent people out, but time and time again were unable to fix the leak. Alex and her crew came out and fixed it in just one visit, and guess what, no leak. Cleaned up all the bad insulation in the attic and repaired the ceiling. Thanks for such an awesome job.
