San Bernardino Primary Care Doctor - Telehealth Available

Everytime I come into this place there always seems to be a cockroach. Office management really needs to step up their custodial services and possibly call pest control. This isn't fair for staff nor patients.

I went here as a child & young adult. A few of my medical issues were missed or misdiagnosed as psychological, but once I left, I found better care and none of my pain turned out to be psychological. There are other negatives that occurred. A nurse was frustrated & decided to spill my medical information to the entire waiting room. They acted like that was my fault. One of my family members was there, I was not. None of us forced that nurse to open her mouth and violate HIPPA. Her actions, her responsibility. Used to be San Bernardino Medical Group and always got good care but since they changed they became disorganized and take hours just to get seen.I went in through the entrance which is in the rear of the building and was told to drive to the front of the building and wait and someone will come get me after 45 minutes someone came and took a sample from my nose for a Covid test then went back inside only to come out an hour and a half later to bring me in . They checked my temperature and listened to my lungs and informed me I just had a virus and released me. A week and a half later I'm in the ER and diagnosed with congestive heart failure and admitted to the hospital.... read full review
