I came in for tattoo removal, which is a super painful procedure. I was offered lidocaine numbing cream and I could opt into local anesthesia for an extra cost. Pricing and the procedure itself was explained thoroughly and transparently. All the nursing staff are so sweet and knowledgeable. I really appreciated Nurse Sarah’s communication skills. She made me feel super comfortable and always made sure I knew we could stop if I needed to.

I am a 66 yr old woman who just wanted a more rested, refreshed look. I am realistic and I don't want to look fake by lacking some wrinkles (I've earned them), but I don't want to appear tired or angry. I was extremely reluctant to go beyond the occasional "crow's feet" treatment.
