We had water intrusion in our downstairs from storm water. It flooded our bathroom and master suite. It soaked the carpet in the suite. PRS was wonderful in assessing the damage, drying out the carpet so it could be salvaged, and checking for dampness in the walls. They took things apart in a careful way so as many building materials (such as baseboards) could be reused. They were quick, efficient, and professional.
