My first experience with "Glasswork by Design" began with my visit to their shop on E. Alisal St. in Salinas, CA. The office staff were friendly and helpful as we began the process of becoming aware of our options for a shower stall renovation. Winnifred Alonso, the owner, came to our home to conduct an estimate on the proposed job at our home. His experience allowed him to expertly respond to our questions and to help us create the design we wanted. Winifred was wonderful from start to finish. He installed glass shower doors for both our bathroom remodels quickly and professionally. Months later we got a towel stuck under the shower door and accidentally pulled the hinge out of shape. Winifred came over immediately and repaired it for us, free of charge! Thank you for your excellent customer service.
