EXCEPTIONAL! Ferrante's Steam Carpet Cleaning 100% exceeded my expectations. I couldn't recommend them more! From the moment I requested a quote on their website, Mike was so wonderful and such an excellent communicator. I got 2 of my off-white area rugs cleaned, one in particular had some pretty bad coffee stains on it and when I unrolled my rug at home and the stains were completely gone! I felt like it was brand new, fresh out of the box, seeing it for the first time. It was PRISTINE! I couldn't believe my eyes. If you are looking for a good quality carpet/rugs cleaner that is reasonably priced...look no further! This is THE small business to support!

I needed a very bad spot on an already dirty rug cleaned. From the first call to the receptionist, a quick follow up call from Michael (the owner), the pickup and delivery, all went very well.
