We have tankless water heater installed in our home for about 10 years. We have had love hate relationship for this equipment when working we love it, however this past few years this thing had to be reset frequently to get it back to working due consistent xxxx error. So I have decided to move on and thinking of going back to traditional tank water heater. After getting increasingly expensive quotes from four other local plumbers, we found Mike at Complete Plumbing. He was the only plumber who even mentioned our existing water heater was not up to code, and the only one who didn't insist on cutting through our walls to get the old water heater out and the new one in. The other plumbers also shared that they were not responsible for repairing the walls afterwards, and were all reluctant to change out the drain pan.Mike came in with a very reasonable quote, which included building a custom pedestal to bring the installation up to code.
