Bob and his team responded promptly and efficiently when our whole house heater went out on New Years Eve! Brendan responded and was phenomenal...courteous, respectful and explained everything needed for the repair. Highly recommend Premium Heating and Air Conditioning!
I want to be clear this review is on customer service only I did not get my work done here but I think you should give thanks to people that remain professional. Seems up front. To the point and honest.
Our air conditioner went down during a hot spell, called their number hoping to get an appointment the following week. Owner Bob called us and responded on a Sunday and got us up and running. They installed our system originally a few years back and a capacitor went out. Thankful for the quick response. Highly recommended.
