Tuan with Power Investment Real Estate was a great help to me. I needed to get into a commercial building with the right specifications and in a timely manner. He found a perfect location for us within 5 minutes of my home and ideal office and warehouse space. I did not know how much paper work and different types of lease options there were when signing up for a commercial space.
