I was looking for a place where I felt comfortable and I found that with Amanda. She is well-educated on body contouring and has been so helpful with explaining the different methods to me. I was looking for a place to trim down my waistline and build muscle in my abs & buttocks and I am now two months in and the results are still just so INCREDIBLE. Don't look any further, this place is an all-around "feel good" body positive place.
