Almost gave up on getting a piece on my inner forearm after failing to find an artist that could give me honest price not just the same response from multiple shops after looking at me and saying minimum $1,500 probably more because the size of your arm. When I asked how much for a piece on my inner forearm not one of them asked to see what I wanted done and instead just said "that's a big arm, it'll be a full day minimum $1,500 +"... gave up and happened to drive by Hard 2 Love, decided to try 1 more time, met Amanda and asked pricing. Before quoting a price she was the first to ask what the piece was, introduced me to Buddha he not only gave me the best quote but also said he could make my vision much better which is what I wanted as im no artist and wanted something unique. They won me over after so many failed attempts i told them I was not only wanting a quote but also wanted to find someone to tattoo my younger sister that wanted her first piece. I trusted Buddha and Amanda to give my younger sister her first tattoo that same day and they killed it. She was nervous at first but Buddha kept a positive vibe for her and she couldn't be happier. Following week Buddha tattooed my vision but sooo much better than I wanted. Whether you got ink or it's your first I recommend Hard 2 Love to everyone. Not just Elk Grove's best shop, but all of northern Cali.

Anthony & Amanda are fabulous business owners! They run a clean, fun & welcoming shop and will go out of their way to make sure your tattoo experience is everything you were hoping for. My sisters in law and I planned a day to all get a matching tattoo and they brought us in first thing as walk-ins and accommodated our preferences, worries and design idea without hesitation. Our tattoos turned out so cute and we had such a great time chatting and getting to know them both. I highly recommend patronizing this shop!

I attended the mom's night for Valentine's Day, and I was immediately greeted by the owners and various guests who all made me feel immediately welcome! My artist Jay gave me my least painful tattoo, and it turned out wonderful! I wish this ship was closer to home so that I could stop by more often!!
