I like Dr. Okazaki, she's knowledgeable and gave me a good second opinion. We had some miscommunication with the staff, but the front office addressed the issue and everything is fine. From my experience, I would just recommend asking a lot of questions. This is not your typical dentist office so it takes time to get to know how things work.

I am having all my mercury fillings removed. I love how informative, and professional the office is. I was recommended this dentist by a dental hygienist. She has sent quite a few people to her.

I think this place is cool to me. However, the equipment that they use on my teeth for cleaning is not so great. It makes this extra squeaking sound that's pretty annoying and makes my ears ring for many months afterward. I am wondering if those equipment is too old or what. I ask for a headphone to cover my ears to prevent the loud squeaking noise to make my ears ring but the lady that cleans my teeth said to me 'it's no use, the noise is coming from inside of my mouth." Shoot, so that means I have to find another dentist then. Oh well...
