Gunn, with certified handyman services is very professional and knowledgeable & has reasonable rates! They came and fixed a leak in the upstairs bathroom that leaked into the downstairs living room, and made the repair in just a matter of hours. Left the hole open in the ceiling for 24 hours to confirm the leak repair was done to our satisfaction. They came back, repaired the drywall and it is practically invisible without even painting over it. You would never know there was ever a leak or repair made to that area!
