Paul, the United owner, did a termite inspection at my home in May. He was punctual, extremely professional, thorough, by-the-book, and genial. He carefully explained his findings, which were minimal, and explained the repair process should I decide to use their repair service, although there was no pressure to do so. I had mainly called for the inspection for peace of mind that I had been properly taking care of the home and I felt that I could call him in the future if I had any questions. First time home seller and the home inspector (Paul) was so patient with me. He took extra time to explain each item on the inspection report. His office (Lolli) did a great job at communicating/scheduling appointments. I would definitely recommend using them.Services: Termite inspection
