Kenny explained every thing when he did the diagnostic examination of our 2 systems. He was friendly and this is the company you should choose if you want honest answers to your concerns anout heating and air appliances.
We had service today with Brandon from Ray O Cook. What a great experience! Scheduling was easy when my wife called in and they got Brandon routed to us in a couple of days. He called with an ETA and was right on time!
He was courteous right from the moment he called and the whole time he was here! He was thorough in reviewing our system- taking pictures along the way to show us at the end- and had us running perfectly by the end. As an added value- he was so considerate about his work and housekeeping that you’d never know he was here! No fingerprints or debris! He lived up to the old field service adage- leave the place nicer than you found it.
