The receptionist and nurse practitioner were both professional and attentive, the wait was very short, the facility very nice.

Flu shot is not walk-in. Turned away because appointments are full for the day

The doctors and nurses in the clinic were very good, which I didn't feel in the hospital before

I needed get an ankle injury checked out to be able to return to work. It was urgent. I was recommended this clinic by my provider and was amazed at the exceptional service! I was seen by Collins and a student and felt so comfortable and at ease with them. They checked my ankle thoroughly and gave me the paperwork I needed. I’m so thankful and amazed by what a great team they have here! I will be coming back if I ever need to! Service was so quick!

I usually am not a fan of doctor visits because of the wait and how it seems like they shoo you out asap. Today was a pleasant surprise because I originally only scheduled a physical and flu shot, but NP Leslie was quite thorough with the examination and even squeezed in a cholesterol and glucose blood test too. There was no wait and it was convenient since I was at Target already so I could run some errands too.

The clinic only has Nurse Practitioners on site. NP Angela Christine Collins was very rude. She gave me a lecture regarding only coming in for one service since they only have 15 minutes per patient. Both her and the medical assistant looked annoyed that I had questions. If I feel sick and have a persistent cough and ear pain - it doesn't make sense that I cannot ask questions. They wanted me to choose only one issue. They serviced me, but I can tell there were talking about me and rushing me out. Even though it wasn't that busy. They were reluctant to answer questions and I can see the eye rolls. Very unprofessional. The copay is the same amount. So why can't I be properly serviced if I'm paying the same amount? What's the point of having a clinic if you have to make multiple trips to ask questions and get a real check up? I work in the health care industry too. Healthcare professionals should be human, caring, listening to patient symptoms, and answering questions. Instead of wasting time giving me the third degree and repeatedly telling me I can only go in for one issue - focus on care! I would be out of there much faster. Plus I wasn't even asking a million questions and was still out of the exam room within 15 minutes. Kaiser is an HMO, which means they receive a monthly capitation payment to oversee all of my health issues and they are ultimately responsible for my care and clinical outcomes. I was excited to hear about the clinic initially. It's a good concept, but poorly executed. I cannot recommend this clinic to my friends and family.

Doctor Collins is one of he doctors there. She was rude to me when I went in with my child. She couldn’t brake a smile , even if her life depended on it. Gave me the wrong diagnosis for my child. I will never go there again. Doctors are suppose to be somewhat human when we go and see them. We are paying for the service. It’s not given for free.
