I could rave about the great photos, which they always are, but I’m here for the customer service. If you’ve parented teenagers, you know the struggles with getting them to start adulting. My 17yo son had failed to tell me about his lacrosse photos, and the coaches assumed the kids told their parents. I had no idea they were taken until another mom posted her son’s photos on FB. Now over a month after the photo ordering deadline, I’m crossing my fingers that Paul Murphy Photography will be able to accommodate me.
