The receptionist , nurse, and doctor shriti bhadel PA were really helpful and friendly. I went in 11/23 around 2:30 pm they let me know it was an hour to an hour in half wait they know how to communicate and be professional
Kaiser doesn't provide the best care any more. They will drag out conservative treatments for as long as you allow them to keep avoiding the problem. They pretty much give you a bandaid and send you on your way, while keeping their fingers crossed and hoping that it'll fix everything. I've had a problem for over a month and they just keep prescribing a different antibiotic. 6 prescriptions in 4 weeks! Two of those were prescribed twice, even though it didn't work the first time. I'm eventually going to be resistant to everything. I had to file a grievance because of their incompetence, and I finally got a referral to have a video appt with a specialist... who suggested...read full review
I came in earlier today and had a wonderful experience, I thought I just had a sore throat but it wasn’t getting better only worse come to find out I have a strep throat , that was so bad and the doctor and his team really helped me out and saved me. They put a iv in me with steroids and antibiotics + hydration and I have more meds to help me hoping that is all I need just wanted to say thank you it was smooth and quick ! The doctor and nurses were so kind I really appreciate that !
