I'm a retired General Contractor after 38 years in the business. I met **** when he was working on a neighbor's house and have used his company on four different projects on my personal residence. I have to say **** and the entire crew of South Pacific General Contracting Corp are some of the most honest, talented, and professional craftsmen I have ever seen. I plan to use him again on some rental properties I have and will also recommend him to friends and family.

We had our remodeling project done by South Pacific. It was a very pleasant experience and the owner **** was very attentive and quick to answer our requests. He seemed to have a lot of experience in home remodeling and very professional in what he did. He was very accommodating to our needs and yet very honest about his opinions. Overall, our experience with South Pacific was great and I would recommend it to anyone who has remodeling plans, big or small.

We just purchased our first home and it is a fixer upper with endless projects. Luis was the only contractor willing to come look at the house without charging us while we were still in escrow. I knew that we would be going with him based on that because I don't think it's fair to charge hundreds of dollars for a consultation. From the very beginning he understood that our main concern was to get any unsafe structural issues resolved before moving our infant son into the house.
