We stopped having cleanings at the outset of Covid-19, but Andrea and her crew are incredibly missed. I cannot say enough to praise their work.

These ladies provide excellent service! They have cleaned my rental on a biweekly basis for over a year now. The tenants are always pleased as me I when I see the cleanliness of the home. Their prices are fair & the best I've found in the Canyon Crest area!

I debated whether or not to write this review, but thinking about it now just makes me kind of mad that I didn't say anything sooner. I made an appointment for someone to come give me a quote on how much to clean the house. On the phone the lady had told me someone needed to come by to give me an actual quote. They arrived for their appointment 10 min early at my house, took a look around and then told me the same number they had said on the phone. I was under the impression because the lady on the phone had told me they were just coming to give a quote. No apparently they had booked me for the full two hours and were really pushy for me to make a decision right then and there. (That should have been my red flag, but I just left them clean since they had scheduled time for us already) We had just moved into the house and it needed a lot of work. The first lady focused on my kitchen while the second lady mainly did my bathroom and living room area. The second lady did an amazing job! The first lady, looked like she couldn't be bothered. The countertops weren't clean. When I wiped my hand on the counters, there was a powder that came off and a few bumps from caked on food that wasn't cleaned. The backsplash for the stove was also still dirty. She hasn't bothered to move the appliances on the counter to clean all of the kitchen counters and just cleaned around the area. I had never hired a cleaning service before so I was shocked that they didn't deep clean like I had requested and paid extra for. Is this normal for your company to do? I called them that day and complained. They came back and basically made excuses for things. All I wanted was an apology or something to acknowledge the poor work. I do appreciate them coming back but I don't appreciate the condescending tone. She said the powder on the countertops was from the cleaning product she used but they were clean. If they were clean then they wouldn't have any residue or food particles on it?? When she came back to wipe down the counters, I noticed she still didn't move any appliances (rice cooker, air fryer, not too big or heavy either). So while she did come back to wipe things downs she just pushed all the powder and dirt under my appliances so it appeared clean. I had already complained so I didn't want to complain again. She also didn't bother to wipe down any of the backsplashes on any of the countertops. For the backsplash behind the stove, she said it wasn't cleanable and that I should just repaint it or get a new one? The next day I bought a magic eraser and cleaned the backsplashes myself and the grime came off easily so that was honestly a bs response. I'm just disappointed, I let them walk all over me and didn't say anything about it. Won't be hiring them again and wouldn't recommend.

We have had this company clean our home a handful of times and every time we are very impressed with how thoroughly clean it is. Every detail and crevice of our home, even places I wouldn’t have thought of to clean, are spotless. The owner, Andrea, and her team are wonderful, polite, professional, hard working and trustworthy. My in laws have used this company consistently for the last couple years and they are very pleased, as well. Highly recommended!

My oven has never been so clean. They do a very thorough job and listen to what you want. I wanted to focus on the shutters, doors, appliances, & cabinets as they were filthy - they made sure these things were cleaned. They brought a ton of supplies and were efficient. They were able to squeeze me in under short notice as I was having an event this weekend. They were willing to work late to get the job done for me. Great work ethic and customer service. I look forward to having them regularly clean my house.

Abraham is Amazing ! His crew and him showed up on time and 2.5 hours later they had cleaned my new apartment from top to bottom very clean. I have only lived here a few months but really needed a deep cleaning. When I moved in the apartment it was very clean but it is Huge . I think around 1600 square feet. I had three movers and with all the foot traffic the hardwood flooring needed some loving. Rise & Shine uses all natural products which is so nice for myself and my sweet House cat, "Pearl." The crew was even so careful not to add any of their out dirt & wore booties on their feet. I am planning on having Abraham & his crew back two times a month. They are Wonderful !

We just purchased a new house and needed it deep cleaned before moving in. I had called merry maids, and they quoted me $450 and were booked out. I found rise and shine through a google search. Alicia and Sol showed up on time and spent six hours deep cleaning our new home. They did an impeccable job, and I saved over $100. Not only were they thorough but very personable too. I would highly recommend them!
