Alejandra helps with scheduling, and doctors like Dr. Lee and Dr. Pham are super nice, attentive, and helpful. Nurses are also super nice, helpful, and assist with paperwork. The office manager makes appointments smooth. They respond promptly and quickly, know how to listen, and provide medical follow-up.
The front desk staff was incredibly sweet, welcoming, and helpful with my paperwork. I didn't have to wait long, the provider truly took their time to listen to everything I had to say, never making me feel rushed or like just another number. You can tell the entire team genuinely cares about their patients. I felt completely heard, respected, and well taken care of!
This clinic is the best, it truly feels like family. I just had my baby and was having trouble with my insurance. The front office girls, especially Isabel, were incredibly supportive and guided me through every step. Thanks to her my family now has insurance. Dr. Lee and her staff were amazing. I felt supported, cared for, and treated like family the entire time.
