My ~100 year old Karastan rug came home today very clean and looking great. I think it is very important for the soap to be rinsed out completely, so that process is why I chose Gently Genie. Time will prove satisfaction with how fast dirt shows again! They even took the worn fringe off and overcast the edges that I'm very pleased with. Very accommodating with pick up and delivery also. Thank you Gentle Genie!

My experience was exceptional from the at home pick up to delivering them back to the house.We had 5 rugs cleaned, fringe repaired on a couple and a moth hole re-weaved and repaired.The process was exactly as Livingston said it would be and the price was reasonable for the quality job. I would definitely recommend them.
