Outstanding customer service! As soon as David S. was aware that I had an issue with my bathroom project he called me himself to discuss the problem. He was very understanding, open to criticism, and without any problems we came to a solution. This is definitely a company I would want to work on my projects in the future. Highly recommended. We are in LOVE with our new kitchen and floors. We are so thankful to the whole EKB team, most notably: Francisco who is the best electrician and not only was his work exceptional, he also took the time to explain things to us to help us understand. Jaime who is the master of his trade and his cabinet and tile work was impeccable bar none. Jose who worked tirelessly to get our project completed. and our project managers David and William who did everything they could to make us happy. I just met and signed documents with Todd from Easy Kitchen and Bath. He is personable and helpful as well. Everything was explained to me very clearly about how my project will proceed and what it will involve. Here's to a great remodel!
