Our water heater failed over a holiday weekend. We went through our home warranty and were assigned The Drain Dude. While the warranty company took forever to get us connected, once we were partnered with them they were very fast at handling our issue. They arrived slightly early for their appointment and then followed up the questions I had with call backs each time. The plumber that arrived was courteous and professional and answered my questions to the best of his knowledge and like I said before followed up with a call shortly after. Had a stoppage in our shower and The Drain Dude cleared it! Another company I dealt with was not able to clear it. Thank you Drain Dude for taking care of business and the prompt service.

Randon was great at addressing the plumbing issue after 2 plumber's came out and wasted time. We had a main line issue with a root the size of my forearm. Randon and his team of guys had this addressed and fixed with 5 days from taking up my wood floors to jack hammering my living room concrete and digging the dirt out to expose the main line. Very happy and fast fixed especially since their were children in the house as well.
