I don't know what's going on with this business. I initiated contact with them a few months ago to pre-plan a cremation. I've had sparse communication since then and now they do not respond at all. I have let them know that I can not come in to the office for an appt. and need to do this via email or phone. I was very specific about what is needed and do not wish to be 'sold' by their representative. I just want to arrange basic cremation service. I still have nightmares 2 years after my treatment from Dorinda. I think she is in the wrong job. She has no empathy or respect for the grieving; perhaps even the deceased. My son's body was wrapped in a smelly old damask blanket. She kept rushing me to leave my son because she was having dinner with her father. I'll write more the next time that memory comes back.
