These guys are the real deal!On Saturday morning we had no water. I called not realizing they were closed on the weekends. Jason answered the phone.Even though they are closed, he not only answered the phone, but he spent about 10 minutes with me on the phone trying to help us figure out the problem so that we would have water over the weekend until they could come out on Monday. (yes, I was panicking).We did figure out that the controller box was not snapped into place so once we pushed it back in, water started flowing again!There are not many people who would answer the phone when they are closed, much less try and help me over the phone! I lost pressure in my well so first thing in the morning I called (before 8am!). They answered, I explained that I had checked the pressure switch and that it was working, so I was worried the pump failed. They came out in just over an hour, figured out it just needed a new capacitor, and got me up and running in about 20 minutes. Good news for me, and these guys are great at what they do.
