The funeral director and his assistant were super helpful and accommodating when trying to make arrangements for my family member. They were there to help with all of the questions I had. We weren't planning on a viewing but we were still allowed to come in and view everything the day before the funeral and he welcomed others in as well if they wanted to stop by and pay their respects. They even have a tool that you can get your loved ones fingerprint on a variety of nice items.
