She knew what I wanted better than I could explain. I struggled so hard to find a stylist who could cut my Hair. I was going to all the expensive high status salons paying 50 plus dollars and no one could leave my hair the way it should have been. This haircut i got at charo costed me 20 (15 but i gave her a 5 dollar tip) and she knew my exact hair texture by name, how and where to cut, explained to me the mistakes done by the previous stylist and corrected it beyond expectation. My hair is layered so perfectly, and she cut it while it was wet, no blow drying to see where she needed to still cut..
