Took my old iMac to get the screen issue diagnosed. Took Richie less than 30 minutes to give me the culprit. He was honest and told me it would be better to sell the iMac as is than to try and fix it because of how expensive a new screen it is. Saved me so much money. Thank you Richie.

I had a great experience working with Richie. My Dell Inspiron laptop would not charge and went completely dead on me. I was not able to restart it. I called several places and no one was available and I was being priced very high quotes to simply and at the very least pull my data off so I could work using another laptop. I was completely at a standstill facing numerous deadlines. Richie gave me an over the phone diagnosis based on his experience w/Dell, making no promises, however giving me some hope.
