Armen from J O Plumbing is absolutely amazing. He is professional, responsive, polite, and effective.Armen arrived on time and he quickly assessed the situation with our shower. He then went to work and fixed the problem quickly and efficiently.He was very polite and respectful throughout the entire process. I was very impressed with his professionalism and his customer service skills.I would highly recommend Armen and J O Plumbing to anyone who needs plumbing services. They are a great company with excellent customer service.

J.O was the company assigned by First American Home insurance and I was a bit leery using a new plumbing company. Armen showed up within 2 hours for a water heater leak and he is my new plumber for life. He was experienced, fast, kind, and professional. I have been a homeowner for over 45 years and it is rare I write a review but Armen was special!

Armen called early in the morning and gave us his first appointment of the day. The project entailed more than was expected, and even though it could have been an issue with First American who had sent him, he did the extra work at no extra cost. Armen was polite, professional, exceptionally courteous, and he worked quickly. Thank you for a very positive experience!
