Trying to offset the one star reviews. You all can have a great experience with the entire clinic of doctors and nurses and front desk staff but one person who screws up doesn't deserve to drop to a one star. I've been going here for years and the long waits are because there are just so many patients. Hell they even opened a Saturday clinic just because of overflow. If you don't like it go somewhere else to free up some appointments that appreciate the care.
There are three Stanford buildings and inside is very modern with many signs to locate where you need to go. Bathrooms clean. There is one garage for shade and three other parking lots but as I am here, everything is always pretty full during the day. I was lucky to find a spot in the garage for shade as someone happened to leave. Nice friendly nurses and staff. Helpful too when you're lost in the big buildings. ;p I love their app to check my appointments, location, pay my copay and check in when I arrive. Dr. Levin and his team (three guys, one was a medical student, and I think one was an M.A) Attentive, considerate, caring, compassionate all four of them! It's so refreshing to interact with good solid people who are involved in your medical care. If you are going in for nerve testing, it can seem a bit intimidating, but honestly the professionalism I encountered here was refreshing, Nerve testing might be uncomfortable for some, depending on your pain tolerance and if you have had acupuncture. The little shocks needed to complete the testing were not bad, just mildly annoying. Honestly my muscles go a bit sore but that could be from just walking into the offices.... read full review
