Been going to Oscar now for 6 months. I like that he is always on time and flexible. His cuts are next level and his shop is clean. I plan on staying with him for good. His wife also takes care of my wife's female services. Full service shop here in RB!

My lash lift was AWESOME. I've had lash lifts in the past but i think i found my go to - finally! i move around a lot so the fact that michelle did a great job, and the studio is sooo close to my home is a game-changer. michelle did an amazing job with my lashes - on time, very meticulous, and knows how to do lifts correctly imo. (i've have stylists leave residue on my lashes from glue) i recommend and this will most likely be my home base for lash lifts.

Whenever you try a new barber, its always a nerve wracking experience. That was me 3 years ago once I moved to California. Fast forward to now, and Oscar still delivers excellent fades. People take notice and compliment my cut whenever I visit Top Shelf Studio. Booking is easy and done online, although you may want to book ahead since Oscar is always on demand. And as far as the service, Oscar is the coolest guy you'll ever meet. For any first timers, check out his instagram and see his work.
