I cannot say enough wonderful things about this spa. I am currently pregnant with my third child, and this pregnancy has been physically and emotionally challenging. Throughout my third trimester, I've made it a point to come here every week, and it has become such an important part of my self-care routine.

Every visit leaves me feeling lighter, more relaxed, and better able to handle the demands of pregnancy, work, and motherhood. The staff is incredibly welcoming and skilled, and they create an environment that feels peaceful from the moment you arrive.

I have been coming to Lai Lai for the last four years and have had consistent, excellent massages. The price is the best in the area, and I will not consider any other place.
I previously was going to my chiropractors office for massages, and paying more even with insurance….the massages were half as good as Lai Lais.
The staff are friendly, professional, and personalize massages based off my body.
Mae and Lily are my personal favorites, they are strong and work hard to help my body recover from the daily wear and tear. 10/10 recommend.

To be very honest this is the best place I have ever been. The massage therapist was really great. Full body was really relaxing and I never thought the foot massage part of it could feel this good. Once you have been in there you will be going back!
