I definitely recommend iit to everyone, I loved the fact that Libby put me at ease with detailed information and explanation of what to expect. End result, I have never been so happy. This location is nestled in the adorable historic downtown Redlands, surrounded by coffee shops, restaurants and eclectic shops. Be advised if you have an appointment on Farmers Market day, parking is tough. The aesthetics at this location, and all their locations, is on point. So gorgeous and high end, yet very welcoming. It is so easy to book your appt online 24/7. I had microneedling done by RN Bri. She was so welcoming and down to earth, not to mention she had glowing, flawless skin herself. She really took the time on my treatment and we had great conversation. I also loved that she sent me home with clear post treatment instructions, as well as a goodie bag of samples...read full review
