I feel confident going to Karessa knowing my cut and color is going to come out exactly how I want it and how we discussed it. She has a lot of experience and it reflects in her services. I would also recommend seeing her if you have a shorter women's haircut and have struggled to find someone who can give it the finesse and detail that they require.

Jennifer Hernandez is an impressive, hard-working and dedicated stylist. I have thin, dirty blonde hair, and she has helped me transition from fried, split dead ends and an unhealthy scalp after having had COVID-19 multiple times, to a healthier head of hair. My hair is slowly returning to life with her guidance and care, and the cuts she has given me are helping it look thicker and fuller. She is excellent at coloring highlights to not harm my hair. I am so grateful I found her. She is so easy to schedule with. I have also had her cut my two daughters hair and she is great with them, patiently attending to their needs and listening to all their wants. I feel so lucky to have found Jennifer at Rose of Sharon. What a great little gem of a salon in Redlands.

There’s a million salons in Redlands, but this is the only one I’ll go to! Karessa is the best and has such a talent for hair. Everything from big chops, to monthly trims, to special event hairdos (see photos!) - my boyfriend and I won’t see anyone else! Everyone is friendly and it’s a very welcoming and inclusive environment. We recommend!

I love the Rose of Sharon! The salon is cute and always tidy. You can get a bunch of different Aveda products there. The stylists are hip, fun, and talented. Heidi has been my goto hair wizardess for many years, and she's literally doing exactly what she should be doing! Do hair is her GIFT, and she's an awesome person too!

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS SALON! I went in for a color change and a hair cut. I was not aware I would be there for five hours or that I would pay more then double of what I normally pay for a good color and cut. Part of my 5 hour experience was watching my stylist stop working on my hair to open Christmas gifts and have a good old time with the other girls in the salon. Several times she stopped in between doing my hair to laugh and talk with the other stylist. When I was finally finished I was told I owed $410.00. WTF?! I complained and asked why wasn't I told it would be this much money at my consultation appointment and I was rudely told if money was that big of an issue I should have asked. I was charged a 5 hour appointment when my stylist stopped several times to goof off with the other girls in the salon and then told me after she was finished she charged $200 alone just to put foils in my hair not including color or products she used. My opinion, STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS SALON. You can find another place just as good that won't rip you off or be rude to you.

warning :Do not go to Heidi for a weave!!! You will regret it at the end .she was in a hurry doing my hair and she burned me when straightening my hair many times .she only had a little bit of hair to straighten and with the little hair in the front she had she burned me .When she did a partial weave service on me and I was in pain for 8 days due to her sewing the hair very tight... i asked will the pain go away from the tightness and she said in a couple of days ...I waited around a week and the pain didn't go away ...it was unbearable the pain ...i had my mom take my hair off on the 8th day !I asked for half my money back since it wasn't installed not properly which lead me to take down the weave .she refused to give me half my money back .... she was not professional ...i had scabs left on my head because of the improper installation.I will never go back or recommend her to anyone ....i regret getting it done by her ...if I could I would give zero stars I would !!!!

Horrible experience, walked in with long blonde hair but left with a bad root touch up and all of it was brown when I left. She acted she didn't see anything wrong with it and gave me an attitude even tho she was the one that screwed up... unbelievable ?

Worst experience ever, made an appt for a root highlite the manager Alexis assured me all the colorist were at the same skill level so I trustd her and came in the my appt.The stylist was more interested in telling me her life story about her 3 different babies fathers... again when ask upon arrival how well she worked with bleach she arrogantly said im very comfortable with bleach(joke) apparently, I walked in with long blonde hair and left with brown hair. I looked in the mirror and said that doesn't look blond she assured me it was the lighting, I said ok and left I got home an hour later and it was still all brown ugh I called the manager Alexis and she was rude not compassionate about what Jen did to me but upset that I didn't like leaving the salon with brown hair as opposed to my blond original hair... unbelievable she im gonna talk to her in the morning then call u. In the morning when she called she berated me about coming in with 3in roots, not what her stylist had done and that I only deserve half well her stylist doesn't even listen to her becuz refunded me 90 which wasn't half as I gave her 200 which obviously after making my hair all brown when she was just supposed to do roots is a travesty. I have faith that karma will take care of them both in due time. Jealousy will make people real ugly it's really sad. But I've been to salons in multiple states and from what I saw their regulars look like... I wouldn't waste my time going in there.
