I had an amazing experience getting my taxes done with Jackson Hewitt’s very own Norvella Green. She wasn’t very pleasant and thorough throughout the whole process. She explained everything in detail and didn’t let me leave with any unanswered questions. I appreciate the customer service I received and will definitely be back to Jackson Hewitt next year for my taxes.
