Ariel is definitely the most experienced and educated trainer that I've ever worked with. She takes the time with each client to learn exactly what your goals are and will work with you to make sure you reach your goal. My main goal has been rehab after a serious injury. She help me recover faster and better than the physical therapist that I went to for months. She can definitely help you tone up, lose body fat and feel better.
I strongly believe everyone needs a trainer a professional to teach them key tips to build a strong foundation. That's what Greg was for me he set me up to have an understanding of fitness that I have continued to build on . He sets you up with not only the right workouts for your specific goals but also includes the nutrition advice needed to maintain your progress. I've been going to Self Made Training Facility and working with Greg (@noblexstrong_fitness) for 18 months. I was intimidated to start working with a trainer after having my second child but working with Greg has been the best decision I could have made. He has worked to help me improve my abdominal strength, he listens to all of my questions, and will create workouts specific to my needs. He is so encouraging and makes me feel welcome at the gym.
