I did my due diligence when selecting a contractor to work on my house. In this instance I contacted 11 different contractors to review the water damage we experienced with two of our bathrooms. The damage required our main bathroom shower to be partially rebuilt; the downstairs bath was mostly drywall damage. Out of that group I only received four actual job estimates, and only two that gave a detailed breakdown. I was really impressed with Kevin and his tile expert Jessie. Both gentlemen were extremely professional: punctual, honest, great communication skills, work areas property prepped, attention to detail. I could go on. We had a great experience with Kevin and his team. What i really like about Kevin is that he really listens to what we want. We met 3 general contractor and he is the only guy carrying his notebook and measuring tape. When he arrived at our house he showed us his licensed and began measuring and take notes to the things we want to renovate. He is very honest, professional and patient. He answers all our questions, especially when we worry about something. He's not like any other contractor, he really cares about his clients. It's rare these days that you find a construction and design company that goes out of its way to be sure a customer is completely satisfied with their work. Kevin Anderson completely remodeled my master bathroom in Redlands, CA and walked me through every phase of the remodel to be sure it was what I wanted and needed. He treated me like a friend or relative and was always tentative and available by phone and social media. He showed me a home he was building in the San Bernardino mountains between Lake Arrowhead and Big Bear.
