During a recent storm my manufactured home was leaking through my living room ceiling. I called several roofers and Sam not only called me back, but came out and repaired the leak while it was raining. Came back and resealed my entire roof as soon as the weather cleared. If you are looking for a roofing company that meets all expectations, then look no further than Sam Esquibel. Sam responded to my first call, put me on his calendar and was able to get to me earlier than expected. He had his workers here on time every day and they worked hard meeting his estimate of the time it would take. I can't say enough about the quality of the work and the attention to detail. I especially appreciated the clean up they did after each work day. I am thrilled with the difference a beautiful new roof has made to my home and am pleased to be able to recommend Sam and his crew.

Sam Esquibel Roofing was one of the few roofers to return our call right away. We live in a very desirable neighborhood with CC&R's but all the fires have created an atmosphere where contractors have an over abundance of work and the quotes we got were reasonable to double everyone else's price! Sam Esquibel did a fantastic job on our roof. His workers had lots of experience and an awesome work ethic! They showed up on time, worked their butts off in the Redding heat and were very conscientious about keeping a clean job site. They finished on time and on budget, including a few repairs we didn't foresee. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone.
