Redding Rancheria Tribal Health Center

Out of several different clinics I've been to throughout the years, Redding rancheria tribal health Care is the best. I have several medical issues and have found it easy to work together with the healthcare professionals at the clinic. The staff is friendly and very helpful. If you're looking for a good clinic ,check them out and tell them Batman sent you 😁

I've called multiple times trying to figure out where my medications going because they just told me rite aid I go check to rite aid's apparently never got submitted tried calling three times today to get a hold of them to figure it out they told me it was on a street where rite aid doesn't exist anymore not to mention I've been trying to get ahold of their behavior health department for the past 2 days I've left more than eight messages and I haven't even gotten a call back about behavioral health also just got hung up on by medical when I needed to change the prescription location I understand you are busy but hanging up on the same person who called multiple times now is annoying

I absolutely love this place!! The staff is so sweet and so attentive. It’s always very clean! Getting blood work done here is so quick and easy I love the phlebotomist she is so funny and kind and no pain**
Dr.Joe Villalobos is literally the best doctor I’ve ever seen! He is so kind, knowledgeable and caring!! I never wait to be seen he is always on time! And always answers all my questions and concerns promptly! He genuinely cares and listens and is so empathetic!
I am so blessed and so grateful to have him as my doctor🙏

Wow I have never been so completely surprised by a doctor visit. From the moment I rolled up to the time I left. Everyone was kind, helpful and respectful. I'm a complicated case so I expected a bit of confusion and concern but as soon as they realized that I was switched to a doctor who could handle the case. To explain the difference this is not how my first visits are normally handled. This is frankly the opposite of the norm and I'm greatful for the ease in switching over to the new clinic.

So thankful for the services they offer my son! He's autistic, and requires a lot of support. The Redding Rancheria Tribal Health is so professional and accommodating to our needs and preferences. Thank you!
