The staff here is the best and I get great medical care and get it when I need it!

This office is incredibly disorganized. I can never schedule an appointment when leaving an appointment. The front office tells me they will send me a reminder text message when I can call to schedule an appointment, months later for months passed that. Guess what! I have never once received this reminder text message. Neither has husband. When our pharmacy sends over a refill request they have never once returned the request in a timely manner. We then have to call the office to remind them that there is a request sitting there and someone needs to do their job. Yet I am getting billed for being my own medical front office?! Even with this inefficient scheduling practice they somehow over schedule and wait times are outrageous. Then the time with the medical provider is almost non-existent because there are too many patients. The provider has no idea who I am and no idea why I am sitting in front of her. I have to give 1 star because it will not let me post 0.

It's okay. We didn't have to wait this time and the new med suggestion was explained. There's just something weird about the place.

I like Monica, I first found her for cosmetic procedures but now she is also my PCP.

They seem nice/ but def doc in a box feeling. Especially when you walk in. Seems like a mix of a medical spa/geriatric care. As an adult just looking for somewhere to establish primary care, this was not a good fit. The staff I spoke to were all very nice, so was the person who did my apt. But definitely left knowing if I had any medical concerns, this was not the place for me… I had also done bloodwork within 6 months of my establishing apt, and scans etc, but she wanted me to get new stuff done. I left and found an established, professional doctor’s office! For sure was worth it for me holding off on this one! Such a strange experience. Two stars instead of one because- they do seem popular for senior patients & specialize in that (which I didn’t realize when making my apt- my health insurance found the drs office for me), and I do not fall into that category. & I’m sure there’s a high chance that seniors love this place for their health care.

Dr Monica and her staff were nothing short of fantastic. They listened to my concerns, fears and anxiety related to a previous medspa experience I was very unhappy with. They were nonjudgmental, understanding, kind, patient; and extremely competent. I am so happy with my results so far. It’s really nice to be heard! They renewed my hope for the aesthetic world & made me feel beautiful again :) Not to mention they had yummy treats and giveaways in the office for Christmas which is extremely generous! I am so impressed by all this office has to offer!!!! Honey, I’m home!!!!

Where do I start! The office staff is friendly and efficient and the wait time is short. I am having a little Botox done and Monica did a exceptional job of placing the needle in the right spot. A ++++ all the way
