From my very first visit I was impressed with Whitney's compassion. I have never been big into massage but the first time Whitney "laid hands on me" it felt right. I specifically go for lymphatic massage of my right arm. Massage and her tips for dry brushing have enormously helped with my situation. Thank You North State Ayurveda.

Just go! There are not enough descriptive words to do any justice to how awesome Whitney is. I found her on Yelp last year and rolled the dice. Blew my mind! Now my mom, coworkers, friends and any who listens to me go to her. I've done most of the "menu" and each session feels so unique and special. If you have been looking for a good massage and someone that is there to help you and loves their job look no further. The environment is so pleasant and calm, clean and cozy. Honestly, I found this studio randomly and I thank myself every time I leave :). Just make the appointment. You will NOT be disappointed. EVER.

Whitney is incredibly skilled and her energy is very welcoming and calming. I had my fourth deep tissue massage with her and I am always impressed in how she tailors each session to my body's needs and never does the same ol routine. I always leave her sessions feeling well again and I'm looking forward to the next one.
