Norm is the only one who cuts my hair. He does a great job and he's friendly and professional. I've been to a lot of barber's in my time and I would definitely recommend Norm's.

I am new to Redding and found Norm's Barbershop on Yelp. He is a great barber and an Army Vet as well. As a Navy Vet, I support my military brotherhood and hope you all will as well. Norm is now located at 1510 Hartnell Ave. Ste C in Redding. Price for a great haircut just $20. Norm suffered a wrist fracture a while back and had to shut down for a couple of weeks. Unfortunately, he lost some customers who looked elsewhere. My first haircut with Norm, I am going back. This is a true case of supporting a worthy local business.
