I went for a haircut at the Westwood salon yesterday and the haircut wasn't bad but the information from the computer on the Kwik Cuts site's pricing was all wrong or just not updated since who knows when. I am a senior and according to the site I should be paying $13.95, imagine my surprise when I got to the salon and they told me and showed me the pricing for a senior haircut was $17.95. Either you are conducting false advertising, which you are, or you really need to update your pricing on the site. Not to mention that your customer service phone number is no longer working according to the message from the phone company. You've got issues now don't you?

Horrible customer service from the manager. We were on the books to get a haircut She said approximately 25 minutes when we arrived she was just finishing up the last person and clean them up and walked out the door with her purse to not even acknowledge that I was waiting and had four children with me. Very unethical manager! She should not be a stylist let alone a manager. I felt bad for the gal that was left I just saw the embarrassment on her face from the behavior of the manager actions. PS there was no one else waiting for a cut but us.

They simply cannot cut hair. Especially if you ask for a fade. Went through this twice with two separate women and left yesterday with the worst haircut in my life. Overpriced and under experienced.

They were great. I was walking last minute thing. And she took me right in and did a great job on my clients hair. They are wheelchair ♿️ accessible and are very nice. Great atmosphere.

Great experience they went as far as actually shaving the sides and back of my head at no extra charge to give me the exact hairstyle I wanted the woman who cut my hair was super nice and gave me allot of information on how to care for and get my hair to grow the way I want it to will be my go to from now on

We brought our two year old for a trim but the girl was very rude and not customer friendly. She didn't even look at us or say hi, or anything else for that matter. These young people have a lot to learn.
