Dr. Harden was the only reason this review is getting three stars and not one. I completed my registration online to be seen for an ear issue and maybe it was because I disclosed I had recently had a cold/flu, I was told that I needed to get a covid test prior to coming to the facility. I bought said test and my results were negative. I went to the clinic and was informed that I had to wait in my car until someone came out to swab me for the flu and that if the results were positive, I'd have to leave and continue with a TeleMed appointment. Honestly I don’t know why the reviews are so low. Dr. Phillips is very knowledgeable and helpful. I am always relieved when I get him. Not that the other doctors are not good it’s just Phillips really takes the time to listen and is very kind. I’ve tried other urgent care and it’s just not the same. Thank you Hilltop Medical!

I had never been to this clinic before, but I sure will be going back. I was in for "sick" visit. The office obviously has good management and structure! They have policy and procedures in place that make it run very smooth. I registered as a new patient at 7:50am and was called and triaged at 8:11am. Parked, called they came out and tested before coming in. After going in I was treated and my RX was sent in, all in a timely manner!The phone is answered when you call, and everyone treated me with respect. I would def. recommend this walk in clinic!
