I live in Washington State, and I needed a notary to visit Shasta Co. Jail so my friend could give me power of attorney to handle his affairs while he's incarcerated. My friend said he had trouble even getting a notary to show up, so I was hoping the notary I chose through an online search, Linda Clares wouldn't mind going to the jail. Fortunately, she said she was happy to do it, much to my relief. She charged me a fair price, and it ended up being more than fair considering the circus she had to endure while at the jail.
