Facility is accessible location wise. It has the basics of what you need. Front desk is very friendly, but I have mixed feelings of the nursing staff. They have been pretty stand offish and kind of cold at times. I feel awkward every time I come in. They don’t really know how to interact or engage with patients it seems like. They lack empathy and are very abrupt and like to rush you. Also, the nurses seem to lack education nor compassion when it comes to other populations such as mentally ill and LGBT. From my personal experiences.

My Doctor leaves the facility to go. Practice somewhere else and I'm left with no Doctor they tell me, I have to go to another town when I have no transportation. I can't understand why they just don't appoint me a new Doctor right there. In the same facility, I've been going to for 3 years. I have high Blood Pressure and medical issues that know I can't be treated for I have to find a new Doctor and facility here in Red Bluff. Sad because I did like the place.

Service was great. Doctor was fine. I got a CDL physical and I was warned by my uncle that this places eye test is ridiculous and he was right. My vision is 20/15 that means it's better than most people. Even I had trouble seeing their eye ? exam. The physical was also 170$ I passed and I was ok but to my other trucking brothers I'd go to a different place for a physical. That eye test is too difficult to take the 170$ gamble. Better lighting would help.
